   Proposal Description:
   Aim 1: Assess the diagnostic ability of MRI biomarkers in detecting               pathological changes among cognitive normal individuals without using gold        standard diagnoses.                                                               Aim 2: Evaluate the predictive increment of including MRI markers for AD          diagnosis in addition to neuropsychological tests.                                Aim 3: Derive a risk score for AD progression among cognitively normal            individuals, based on synthesized information from MRI biomarkers,                neuropsychological data, and other subject specific covariates.                   Aim 4: Explore the temporal change in MRI biomarkers with respect to              progression of disease severity over time.
